Staff Software Engineer (.NET, AWS & DevSecOps)(PAN India)

We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, AWS Cloud, DevSecOps, Web API, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Cloud-Native Application Development.

The ideal candidate will play a key technical leadership role, driving the design, development, automation, security, and modernization of enterprise applications and cloud platforms. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can contribute across application development, cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, automation, integration, and platform engineering while mentoring teams and influencing technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using:
  
• .NET Framework / .NET
• C#
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Web APIs
• Build scalable and resilient web and mobile application solutions.
  
• Develop secure APIs and integration services.
  
• Drive application modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
  

AWS Cloud Engineering

• Design, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on AWS.
  
• Work extensively with:
  
• Amazon EC2
• AWS Cloud Services
• API Gateway
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions.
  
• Optimize cloud architecture and operational efficiency.
  

DevSecOps & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
  
• GitHub Actions
• TeamCity
• Octopus Deploy
• Artifactory
• Implement DevSecOps best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
  
• Automate build, deployment, testing, and release processes.
  
• Integrate security controls into development and deployment pipelines.
  

Security & Platform Engineering

• Implement secure cloud and application architectures.
  
• Utilize security tools including:
  
• Checkmarx
• Snyk
• Support security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.
  
• Work with network security and API gateway integrations.
  

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Contribute to architecture, design, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Drive engineering standards, best practices, and platform evolution.
• Lead technical discussions and solution reviews.
• Support technology roadmaps and strategic engineering decisions.

Mentoring & Collaboration

• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Security Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and engineering guilds.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
