Staff Software Engineer (GoLang)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on software architecture designs to solve complex problems by abstracting common patterns.
• Participate in prototyping and co-implementation of systems alongside your team.
• Serve as an escalation point for debugging complex system issues.
• Contribute to the team roadmap in partnership with Product Management and Engineering Managers.
• Share on-call support for critical systems and participate in improvements.
• Ensure high-quality implementation standards, code reviews, and documentation.
