The Opportunity: Your Impact as an Full Stack Engineer 🌟 NextDimension is seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Full Stack Developer to join our core mission. We are a team of distinguished AI/ML Scientists and Engineers from Google, Amazon, and Snowflake, dedicated to building the next generation of AI Agents that empower healthcare practices in the US. As part of this team, you will collaborate with talented engineers to deliver highly scalable backend services for our world-class, AI-powered platform.

Qualifications Required:

• Experienced Backend Engineer: You have 4+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
• Framework Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with modern backend web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.
• Languages: Next.js, Python, Javascript.
• Cloud & DevOps Native: Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
• Systems Designer: You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging/analytics.
• Vibe Coder: Experience with vibe/peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc.
• Proven Leader: Experience leading teams and/or technically complex projects in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred:

• LLM & AI Proficiency: A strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows. Hands-on experience with tools like Langchain/LangGraph is highly valuable.
