Staff Software Engineer, AI Garage, AI/ML

In most instances, this position requires in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience collaborating in a globally distributed product and engineering team.
• Experience implementing and customizing structural execution patterns like ReAct (Reason + Act), Tree of Thoughts (ToT), and Plan-and-Solve loops, giving models the cognitive scaffolding to break down vague goals into deterministic DAGs (Directed Acyclic Graphs).
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, product and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Engineering technical lead for the AI Garage team which responsible for developing AI/ML systems and Agentic solutions in HR domain.
• Drive engineering excellence for the AI Garage team.
• Provide technical leadership in regards to immediate and complex technical problems to leads of associated teams.
• Influence, design, and build scalable Agentic systems in HR domain. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Agentic and AI/ML engineering.
• Collaborate with AI Garage Leads (e.g., Eng Managers, Product Managers and AI strategists) and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
