Staff Nurse

Role & responsibilities

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees in case of workplace injuries or emergencies.
• Monitor employees' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature and pulse.
• Maintain employee medical records and update health registers.
• Assist the company doctor during medical examinations and health check-ups.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per the doctor's instructions.
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain first-aid kits and medical equipment.
• Assist in handling workplace accidents and medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with HR and the EHS/Safety team regarding employee health and medical concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the medical room.
• Support periodic health check-ups and occupational health programmes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly.
• Basic computer knowledge and medical record maintenance skills.
• Willingness to work in a factory or industrial environment.
• Responsible, punctual and compassionate towards employees.
