Staff Nurse

Role: Staff Nurse - Occupational Health Centre (OHC)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Occupational Health Centre.
• Assist the Medical Officer in employee health surveillance programs.
• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and annual medical examinations.
• Monitor employee health records and maintain medical documentation.
• Coordinate vaccination, health check-up, and wellness programs.
• Handle workplace injury and illness cases and maintain related reports.
• Support EHS initiatives and promote health awareness at the site.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of medical equipment, medicines, and consumables.
• Coordinate with hospitals and ambulance services during medical emergencies.
• Comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements related to occupational health.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory).
• Registered Nurse (RN/RM) certification preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in Occupational Health Centre, Hospital, Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial setup.
• Knowledge of emergency care, first aid, and medical record management.
• Awareness of occupational health and industrial safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
