Staff Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as Casualty, Critical Care, Emergency, ICU, Midwifery, NICU, OT (Operation Theatre), Pediatrics, Surgical and CCU.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to the doctor or supervisor.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a reputable hospital setting.
  
• B.Sc Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Registration with relevant nursing council (e.g. Indian Nursing Council).
  
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to respective specialties (Casualty, Critical Care, Emergency etc.).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
