About the Role

B.M. Gupta Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Staff Nurses / Nursing Staff to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, strong patient-care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and assistance to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition to the concerned doctor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medical documentation.
• Ensure proper hygiene, patient safety, and infection-control practices.
• Educate patients and their attendants regarding care, medication, and recovery.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and emergency-care protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
• Experience: 12 years of relevant experience preferred; experienced candidates will be given preference.
• Valid nursing registration is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong patient-care abilities, compassion, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities efficiently.
