Job Overview

Medisol Placements Pvt. Ltd., a Government-approved overseas healthcare recruitment consultancy, invites applications from qualified and experienced Staff Nurses for a reputed healthcare institution in Oman.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health status accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Deliver prompt and effective nursing care in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
• Minimum of 3 years of continuous clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Mandatory experience in the Emergency Department.
• Valid nursing registration from the respective Nursing Council.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Oman.
