Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and quality nursing care to dialysis patients as per NephroPlus SOPs and clinical protocols.
• Assist in pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis patient care.
• Monitor patient vitals and clinical condition during dialysis and report abnormalities promptly.
• Assist doctors and senior clinical staff during emergencies and clinical interventions.
• Ensure proper medication administration and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection-control practices, biomedical waste management and patient-safety protocols.
• Monitor dialysis-related complications and escalate critical cases appropriately.
• Ensure proper preparation of patients, dialysis area and required equipment before treatment.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, hygiene and follow-up care.
• Maintain proper nursing documentation and comply with audit and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with NephroPlus clinical SOPs, NABH standards and other applicable guidelines.
• Maintain professional communication, patient dignity and a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate with the Centre Manager, Dialysis Technicians, doctors and other team members for smooth centre operations.

Eligibility

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with dialysis/critical-care experience will be an added advantage.
