Staff Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital standards.

• Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and update medical charts regularly.

• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and follow proper protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover during shift changes.

• Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient care.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• DGNM B.Sc Nursing M.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.

• Must have a valid Nursing Council Registration

• Must possess an RNR Certificate

• Freshers with RNR certificate or experienced candidates can apply (experience preferred for critical care areas).
• Good communication skills and patient-handling ability.
• Knowledge of nursing protocols, basic medical equipment, and hospital procedures.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Compassionate, responsible, and dedicated to patient care.
