Job Summary

We are seeking patient-focused Staff Nurses with strong clinical and bedside nursing skills and excellent English communication to provide personalized care to VIP patients.

Experience in VIP / Premium Ward, ICU, ER, Critical Care, Surgical Ward, or tertiary-care hospitals is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to VIP patients.
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, privacy, comfort, and dignity.
• Handle VIP patients and attendants with professionalism and excellent communication.
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for seamless patient care.
• Maintain emergency equipment, supplies, and ward readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid TNNC Registration is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong clinical knowledge, bedside nursing, and patient-handling skills.
• Experience in VIP Ward / ICU / ER / Surgical Ward / Critical Care preferred.
• Multispeciality / tertiary-care hospital experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
