Staff Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as ER, ICU, NICU, OT, and wards.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to the doctor or supervisor.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse (GNM/ANM/B.Sc).
  
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments like ER/ICU/NICU/PICU.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
