Staff Nurse

Role Summary:

The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, assists doctors during fertility procedures, and ensures patient comfort and safety throughout treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and treatments

Monitor patient vitals and maintain nursing records

Administer injections, medications, and IVs as prescribed

Prepare patients for procedures such as IVF, IUI, scans, etc.

Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards

Educate patients about treatment procedures and post-care

Coordinate with lab, OT, and front office teams
