Staff Nurse ( Urgent Opening)

Role & responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in OPD, wards, day-care, and operation theatre areas as assigned.
• Assess patient's health conditions and record vital signs, medical history and nursing observations.
• Prepare patients for ophthalmic examinations, investigations and surgical procedures.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for eye surgeries such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal, corneal, and other ophthalmic procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications, eye drops, injections, and other treatments accurately and safely.
• Assist ophthalmologists during examinations, minor procedures, and surgeries as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration - Maharashtra.
• Experience in an eye hospital, ophthalmology department, operation theatre, or day-care setting will be an advantage.
