Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to join healthcare facilities in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, professional, and patient-centred nursing care while working closely with doctors, specialists, healthcare assistants, and other medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs and care plans.
• Monitor patients vital signs, symptoms, progress, and overall health condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during medical procedures and examinations.
• Prepare patients for surgery, diagnostic tests, and other medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
• Assess patients conditions and promptly report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, injections, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Support patients with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and personal care when necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, recovery, and healthcare management.
• Follow infection-control procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid or immediate nursing intervention when required.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with professional healthcare standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and communicate important patient information clearly.
• Maintain and handle medical equipment and nursing supplies responsibly.
