• Nursing Incharge (Female): 01 Position

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) for all positions.

Experience Requirements

• Staff Nurses (ICU & General Female Staff Nurse): 2-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment preferred.
• Nursing Incharge (Female): 56 years of clinical and administrative nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Nurses: Deliver high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage critical ICU patients (for ICU role), and coordinate with attending physicians.
• Nursing Incharge: Oversee floor/ward operations, supervise nursing staff, ensure NABH quality and safety standards are met, manage duty rosters, and handle patient care escalations.
