Staff Nurse - ICU

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, and patient conditions continuously.

Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed.

Assist doctors during ICU procedures and interventions.

Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and dialysis machines.

Maintain accurate patient records, ICU charts, and nursing notes.

Follow strict infection control and hygiene protocols.

Educate patients (when applicable) and attendants about care procedures.

Participate in critical care audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and support rapid interventions.

Diploma / B.Sc . in Nursing.

Registered with State Nursing Council (RNC).

0-3 years of experience in ICU nursing (fresher s with ICU training may be considered).

Knowledge of critical care procedures, life-support systems, and infection control.

Strong clinical knowledge and critical care nursing skills.

Ability to monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Teamwork and collaboration with doctors, nurses, and ICU staff.

Attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Professionalism, empathy, and patient-centric approach.

Ability to work under pressure and handle medical emergencies efficiently.
