Staff Nurse - Clinic

Role & responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist doctors during patient consultations, examinations, and minor clinical procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Perform dressing, wound care, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their clinical condition to the treating doctor.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols, including biomedical waste management.
• Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency supplies.
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, procedures, and patient visits.
• Educate patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and follow-up visits as advised by the doctor.
• Provide first aid and assist in emergency management whenever required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure professional conduct at all times.
• Coordinate with doctors, reception staff, and other clinic personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
