Staff Nurse - Cathlab

1. Providing direct
clinical care to the patient assigned.

2. Work as a team
member to the unit assigned.

3. Implementation of
policy and procedures for the quality assurance and improvement function of the
department to assure improve nursing compliance with NABH and JCI.

4. Develop and
maintain good relation with staff and physician and other stake holders to
patient care.

5. Act as a liaison
between patient attender and other department for improving function of nursing
services.

6. ?Participate in Hands on educational programme
s with help of education department ensuring training is completed on time.

7.? Participate in BLS and ACLS training round
the year.

8. Participate and
assist in all types of audit for the better patient care and clinical outcome.

9. Perform all other
related duties incidental to the work described as required by supervisor/ In
charge.

10. Daily inventory
management and IP issues in the entire respective shift.

11. Check for the
medication, high alert and narcotic inventory and list the of expiry drugs on
regular basis.
