Staff Nurse ( Cardiac ICU & OT Recovery )

Role & responsibilities:-

• Provide Pre / post-operative care and support to patients.
• Maintain sterile environment in the operating room.
• Document all care provided during recovery.
• Preparing the patient for surgery both physically and emotionally.
• Connect patient to hemodynamic monitors.
• Provide pain assessment and administer prescribed analgesics.
• Position patient comfortably as per surgical/anesthesia orders.
• Carry out post-op orders: oxygen, IV fluids, medications, blood transfusions.
• Document all interventions and monitor patient response.
• Assess readiness for discharge based on stable vitals and airway reflexes.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc in Nursing, GNM.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of experience is required.
• Registration certificate is mandatory.
