Staff Nurse B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing

Position: Staff Nurse
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing (GNM)
Experience: Relevant clinical experience preferred
Location: GCC Countries

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure proper infection control and follow hospital safety protocols.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and care plans.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment for patients.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and professional guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma/GNM Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration/license as applicable.
• Good clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Candidates with GCC experience/licensing will be an advantage.
