Role & responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing notes.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff for patient care.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
