Role & responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain nursing equipment and ensure availability of required medical supplies.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards.

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
