Job Description The

Staff Engineering Analyst (Gen AI Trust and Safety) role focuses on ensuring the

safety, reliability, and ethical use of generative AI systems . You will work on identifying risks, improving AI models, and building

data-driven safety solutions for large-scale AI products. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluation of Generative AI models and systems
• Identify safety risks and vulnerabilities in AI products
• Develop data-driven insights for improving AI safety and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, research, and policy
• Build tools and frameworks for AI testing and analysis
• Influence product and safety strategies across teams Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong experience in data analysis, AI/ML, or engineering roles
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R
• Experience in project or program management

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, or risk analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with experimentation and data modeling
