About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Manager – Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & DevOps to lead the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our Medical Device and Healthcare Software platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mission-critical healthcare applications, cloud infrastructure, production operations, and DevOps practices within regulated healthcare environments. Experience supporting medical device products deployed across hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare institutions is highly preferred Key Responsibilities Site Reliability Engineering & Production Operations

• 12- 22 years of total experience
• Lead SRE and Production Operations teams supporting customer-facing healthcare and medical device solutions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of globally deployed healthcare platforms.
• Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, incident management processes, and root cause analysis.
• Drive capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience initiatives.
• Establish proactive monitoring and observability frameworks for critical healthcare applications. Medical Device & Healthcare Systems Support
• Support deployment and operation of software platforms integrated with medical devices and hospital IT ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Clinical Applications, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Support teams.
• Ensure production environments meet healthcare industry reliability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Support customer installations, upgrades, and release deployments in hospital and clinical environments. DevOps & Cloud Engineering
• Design and implement enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation initiatives.
• Manage cloud-native environments across Azure and AWS.
• Lead containerization and orchestration initiatives using Kubernetes.
• Improve deployment efficiency, scalability, and platform stability. Release & Change Management
• Manage end-to-end release planning and execution for complex healthcare products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, QA, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Assess release risks and ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational governance.
