What you will work on

• Compute-intensive services that run calculations over large numbers of instruments and inputs.
• Distributed, event-driven systems that combine results across large portfolio hierarchies.
• Market and reference data that has to be checked and transformed before it can be used.
• Representing how financial instruments behave across asset classes.
• Integrating third-party libraries.
• Mentoring engineers and setting the bar for design, testing and code review.

What you bring

• 10+ years of professional software development in C++, Java or Python.
• A proven track record of performance-critical, high-volume systems in production.
• Experience with parallel and distributed computing, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• A solid grounding in financial mathematics and in financial instruments across asset classes.
• A degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience from investment management, trading or capital markets, close to the front office.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms.
