Staff Engineer - Java Full Stack. Location: India, Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Work Experience: 8+ years

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a track record of leading full-stack projects in an enterprise environment.
• Mastery: Deep, "under-the-hood" knowledge of Java (concurrency, JVM tuning) and Modern Frontend (React internals, TypeScript type safety, browser performance).
• Data Domain Leader: Significant experience in data and analytics. You understand the nuances of data quality, stewardship, and the metadata lifecycle.
• ServiceNow Expert: Extensive experience architecting applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on integrating external data and modern UI frameworks.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Full Stack Architecture: Define the communication protocols and data contracts between the Java backend and the TypeScript frontend to ensure seamless data flow.
• Platform Evolution: Lead the transition toward a unified, framework-agnostic UI strategy using Web Components, allowing our tools to run anywhere-from standalone apps to ServiceNow instances.
• Technical Strategy: Solve high-level architectural challenges, such as real-time metadata synchronization, cross-platform authentication, and global state management.
• Standard Setting: Establish best practices for full-stack testing (JUnit on the back, Playwright/Cypress on the front) and CI/CD pipelines for complex, multi-language deployments.
