Staff Engineer(Aws Cdk, Typescript )

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience in TypeScript, software development, coding standards, and design atterns.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SRE, DevOps, and DevSecOps principles.
• Good knowledge of scalability, reliability engineering, and high-availability systems
• Design and develop industry-leading SRE platform capabilities and reusable frameworks using TypeScript.
• Build scaffolding libraries and platform components that enable seamless integration with cloud-native services.
• Drive adoption of SRE and DevSecOps best practices across engineering teams.
• Enhance application reliability, scalability, availability, and operational excellence.
• Understand end-to-end commerce applications and analyze the impact of business requirements across global and local systems.
• Develop automation solutions for cloud infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations stakeholders to define long-term platform and reliability strategies.
• Implement and promote observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident management best practices.
• Support application onboarding onto the SRE platform through standardized paved-path solutions.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches for cloud ecosystem automation.
• Work closely with global teams across multiple geographies and time zone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
