Maintain statutory records, forms (V, VI, VIA/B), registers, and ensure compliance with CLRA norms.

Issue payslips, maintain wage registers, verify provisions against contractor logs

• Workforce Lifecycle Management
  
  

Facilitate joining, onboarding, and exit (including F&F settlement) for contract workforce.

• Grievance Redressal & Workforce Support
  
  

Maintain the Grievance Register, follow up with ER team, assist in closure of issues.

Coordinate with digital teams for process automation, data accuracy, and system enhancements

• Audit Support & Record Maintenance
  
  

Participate in monthly compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations

Perform Overtime and Absenteeism analysis; submit periodic reports.

• Shopfloor Engagement
  
  

Conduct regular shop floor visits (minimum 3 times a week) to ensure compliance and workforce interaction
