- Monitor uninterrupted supply of DM water, steam, compressed air and nitrogen.
- Operate and monitor RO plant, boilers, cooling towers, compressors and nitrogen generation systems as per SOPs.
- Monitor utility consumption and operating parameters.
- Maintain daily operational records and SAP-PM updates.
- Monitor process and quality parameters of utility systems.
- Ensure operations are carried out within defined specifications.
- Report quality deviations and support corrective actions.
- Assist in RCA/CAPA for utility-related deviations and complaints.
- Support smooth and efficient operation of utility equipment.
- Follow SOPs to minimize equipment losses, spillage and idle running.
- Monitor chemical and utility consumption.
- Coordinate with Engineering/maintenance teams for equipment-related issues.
- Monitor process deviations and report abnormalities.
- Support troubleshooting and breakdown reduction activities.
- Identify opportunities for energy and utility conservation.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and debottlenecking activities.
- Maintain shift and daily operational reports.
- Follow all safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
- Ensure PPE and safe operating practices are followed.
- Report near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Participate in emergency response, audits, PSM and WCM activities.
- Support safe handling of chemicals and emergency situations.
- Understand internal customer requirements for utilities.
- Ensure timely response to utility-related issues and requirements.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for resolution of complaints.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.
