Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience designing and leading backend systems at scale.
- Strong experience with APIs (gRPC, REST).
- Proficiency in Go (preferred), Python/Django, or Java/Spring.
- Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience.
- Experience building cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

- Strong leadership in agile environments and mentoring.
