Staff Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Month end close & Journal Entries

• Prepare & post recurring monthly entries including payroll & concur
• Process % completion entries
• Compile monthly scorecards & closing documents

Account Reconcillation

• Execute standard balance sheet account reconciliations, SL & GL recon & zero balance account reconciliations
• Extract & distribute routing reporting, including AP aging schedules
• Pull & format manufacturing & Purchase Price variance data daily

Transactional & Operational Support

• Process manual expense entries & manage account mapping in Concur
• Calculate & record sales commission entries based on operational performance reports
• Assist with quarterly & monthly sales & use tax filings
• Support interim & year end audit document request & work papers

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting, Practical account experience

Technical – MS excel (V//X lookup, Pivot tables, SUMIFS & Large data set manipulation)

ERP experience required; Epicor/Kinetic and QuickBooks preferred

Expense Management – Experience with Concur (mapping & manual entries).
