SSP Recruiter

Job Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven SSP Recruiter to handle the hiring of Sales & Service Professionals (SSPs) for our salon network.

Positions include:

Men's Hair Stylist

Female Hair Stylist

Beauticians

Unisex Stylists

Style Directors

Hair Trainers

Skin Trainers

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract SSP candidates for various salon positions.

Conduct initial screening and interviews.

Coordinate with salon managers to understand manpower requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Plan and execute bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.

Maintain a candidate pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups.

Ensure the timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

Experience in bulk hiring; salon or retail recruitment experience preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing skills through job portals, social media, and references.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.

Knowledge of salon roles will be an added advantage.
