SSE

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across backend and, where required, frontend systems.
• Design and develop scalable systems that translate real-world business workflows such as calls, scheduling, booking, dispatch, and customer interactions into reliable software.
• Work closely with Product, Design, GTM, and Engineering teams to take features from concept to production.
• Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, edge cases, and operational challenges.
• Take high ownership of projects and independently drive solutions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable backend systems capable of supporting production AI workflows.
• Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and developer velocity as the platform scales.
• Rapidly iterate based on real-world product usage, customer feedback, and business requirements.
• Make pragmatic engineering decisions that balance speed, scalability, reliability, and product impact.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, architecture, code quality, and technical direction.
