SSE/Area Sales Manager/Sr.ASM

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for SSE/Area Sales Manager/Sr. ASM, located in Delhi/NCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Channel sales & Project Sales, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market analysis, strategizing sales plans, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves regular travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:-

* Strong dealer and distributor network in Delhi/NCR Region

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

* Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.

* Appoint new dealers and distributors to strengthen market presence

* Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and key customers.

* Plan and execute promotional activities, dealer meets, carpenter meets, and product awareness programs.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification- Graduate/MBA with 4 -9years of experience.
• Worked with wood-based industry & should be from Ply/MDF Div. only
• Proactive & Self-starter
• Excellent presentation Skills & influencing personality.
• Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with Dealers, Distributors,& Channel Partners.
