Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI systems. This role focuses on building agent-based architectures leveraging LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and real-time decision-making systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML, backend engineering, and deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs and autonomous workflows
• Build and optimize multi-agent architectures for complex problem-solving
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, open-source LLMs) into scalable applications
• Develop APIs and backend systems to support AI-driven workflows
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and memory systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems in production
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model outputs and system behavior
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM ecosystems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 4-7+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java/Node.js
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.)
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building multi-agent or autonomous AI systems
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt optimization
• Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React) for AI-enabled applications
