Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong SRE Application Support Engineer with expertise in Production Support, Application Management, DevOps, and Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application availability, incident resolution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational excellence while adhering to defined SLA/SLO commitments. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with monitoring tools, automation, and scripting in Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Manage incidents, problem management, and service requests in accordance with ITIL practices.
• Ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO).
• Monitor application health, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Analyze application, system, and infrastructure logs for issue identification and resolution.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support application deployments.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
• Develop automation solutions to reduce manual operational activities.
• Support release deployment, change management, and environment management activities.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management processes.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
