We are looking for an experienced SRE / Production Operations Engineer to manage and support critical production applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

• Linux / RHEL & Windows Server administration and production support
• Strong ITIL knowledge with Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
• 24x7 Production Support, incident response and RCA
• Vulnerability remediation & security patching for Linux and Windows
• Application/Infrastructure Monitoring Dynatrace preferred; Geneos/AppDynamics acceptable
• Strong scripting skills in Bash/Shell, Python & PowerShell
• SQL for production/application troubleshooting
• Performance, availability, monitoring and operational support
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration

• Docker & Kubernetes
• Java Middleware / Apache
• CI/CD & DevOps automation tools
• ServiceNow
• Japanese language skills

Experience: Relevant hands-on experience in SRE / Production Operations / IT Infrastructure Support.
