Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specializing in Monitoring and Observability to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications and infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for designing monitoring solutions, analyzing system health, troubleshooting production issues, and improving observability across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions for applications, infrastructure, and services.
• Monitor availability, performance, latency, errors, resource utilization, and system health.
• Configure dashboards, alerts, thresholds, and proactive monitoring mechanisms.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify performance issues and production incidents.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Identify recurring issues and implement automation and permanent remediation.
• Develop and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical applications and services.
• Support application and infrastructure teams during major incidents and production releases.
• Improve alert quality and reduce false positives/noise.
• Implement observability best practices across development, testing, and production environments.
• Prepare operational reports and performance trends.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Application, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in SRE, Monitoring, Observability, Production Support, or DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
• Good understanding of logs, metrics, traces, alerting, and application performance monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working in production environments and handling critical incidents.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
