Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled

SRE DevOps Engineer with

5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Kubernetes (Mandatory) ,

Terraform ,

CI/CD ,

Jenkins , and

Grafana . The candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, improving system reliability, optimizing deployments, and ensuring high availability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Grafana and other monitoring tools.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to streamline DevOps practices.
• Implement deployment strategies with minimal downtime and high availability.
• Maintain version control using Git and support release management activities.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell scripting or Bash to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, services, ingress controllers, and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and deployment guides.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure security best practices are implemented across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of Grafana for monitoring and visualization.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with Git and Git-based version control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in deployment automation and configuration management.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, and SSL.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
