SRE - 2

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve availability, reliability, and performance of production systems.
• Design and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/Ansible.
• Automate operational workflows and repetitive tasks.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve recurring production issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
• Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
• Identify and optimize system/application performance bottlenecks.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and workloads.
• Partner with development teams to implement SRE best practices.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Good understanding of networking, load balancing, and caching.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and incident management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
