SRA – Payment Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage payment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to payments, transfers, and settlements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in payment processes.
• Develop reports on payment metrics and provide insights for process optimization.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in Payment Operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Ach, Swift, Chips, Fedwire, Money Transfer systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
