Sr. Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Position : Sr. Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Experience : 8 years +

Location : Pan India

Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and post-production support across Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance modules.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and best-practice configurations.
• Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, Security, and Reporting to meet client requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday HCM functional areas.
• Conduct client workshops, solution design sessions, and requirement discovery meetings.
• Manage and resolve complex support tickets, production issues, and enhancement requests.
• Drive end-to-end deployment activities, including configuration, testing, UAT support, and go-live assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Workday solutions and integrations.
• Provide release management support by assessing new Workday features and recommending adoption strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Support roadmap planning and recommend process improvements to optimize HR operations.
• Act as the escalation point for complex functional issues and provide effective resolution strategies.
