• Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g Derma care)
• Recruit Train develop a team of Associate vets, paravets and handlers.
• Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for health care management for Pets.

• Vendor management and supplier/brand associations

• Customer connect, drive customer delight. Experience requirement:
• 7+ years experience in Veterinary practice
• 3+ years experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
• Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare.
• Experience in small animal practice 3+years
