We are looking for: Senior UX Specialist

You'll Create Impact By

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products and services.
• Conduct user research to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Convert business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops and cross-functional ideation sessions.
• Validate solutions through usability testing and iterative feedback cycles.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities that improve both user experience and business outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
