Required Skills
Legal Contract Management Expertise
- Strong knowledge of legal and contract management technologies.
- Understanding of the full contract lifecycle (request, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, and post-execution management).
- Ability to operate effectively at a Staff or Senior level.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation
- 1-2 years of experience in implementing CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, DocuSign, Malbek, Sirion, or similar).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with any CLM system configuration and administration.
Mandatory CLM Configuration Skills
- Configuring workflows and approval processes.
- Setting up templates, clause libraries, and contract playbooks.
- Creating and customizing dashboards and reports.
Nice-to-Have (Optional) Skills
- Experience integrating CLM platforms with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in data migration to/from CLM systems.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled CLM capabilities (e.g., contract analytics, insights, or similar features across CLM platforms).

- At least one CLM-related certification/accreditation (Agiloft, DocuSign, Sirion, Malbek, or equivalent preferred).
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.
Required (Must-Have) Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of REST APIs (HTTP methods, JSON).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (basic to intermediate, including API integrations).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with C#.
- Understanding of OAuth and authentication concepts.
- Familiarity with CLM concepts (e.g., contracts, templates, workflows, approvals, repository, reporting, and deployments).
Nice-to-Have Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience working with CLM APIs (platform-agnostic).
- Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools.
- Understanding of Webhooks and event-based integrations.
