Sr Travel Support Expert - US Shift - No Sales

Syntax Global is looking for skilled Senior Travel Support Expert to assist US-based clients with bookings and travel support. Candidates must have hands-on experience with any GDS and a strong understanding of travel industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle travel support calls & emails from HNI customers (no sales)
• Assist with flight, hotel, and cruise itineraries
• Provide ticketing and booking assistance
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and offer concierge style support
• Coordinate with vendors and US team for reservations
• Maintain accurate records, booking notes, follow-up dates, and payment details in the CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette
• Prior experience in a international travel process/ travel agency.
• Ability to work in US time zones (night shift IST)
• Ability to handle customers independently and manage multiple inquiries.
