Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized travel consultation and advice to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
• Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Develop customized travel itineraries for leisure and corporate clients.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, airline policies, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
• Negotiate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and added benefits.
• Handle client inquiries, changes, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Mentor and support junior travel consultants as needed.
• Manage travel documentation and maintain accurate client records.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
