Sr. Trading Desk Manager

-Conduct regular seminars for client training.

-Should have capacity to solve dealers' and clients' problems

-Creating SOPs for different functions of advisory

-A key operations team member who would take the personalized trading experience of the client to the next level.

-Presently, he will be heading around 30 people and is expected to add at least 25-30 persons every year

-Study new trading opportunities and train the client and dealers for the same

-Drive revenue generation through team performance, cross-selling of investment products, and achievement of business targets and productivity metrics.

-Implement and monitor effective controls, escalation procedures, and incident management/post-event analysis processes.

-Lead and manage day-to-day dealing desk operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades across equity, derivatives, and other asset classes.

-Responsible for client activation and for monitoring and improvising the return to clients over alpha from time to time.

-Support business growth initiatives, including new product launches or market expansion.

-Monitor daily dealing activities to ensure smooth execution of client trades and optimal pricing.

-Evaluate trader performance, conduct appraisals, and ensure continuous skill development within the dealing team.

-Act as a senior point of contact for regulators, auditors, and internal control functions; support regulatory reporting and change initiatives.
